Girl Scout Movement is a voluntary worldwide youth educational Movement based on spiritual values,
and opens to all girls and young women without distinction of creed, race, nationality or any other
circumstances.
In Korea,
the Movement was firstly introduced to foster mentally and physically healthy girls
by a few women pioneers in 1946.
The Movement offers a dynamic educational
programmes to enable girls and young women
to develop their fullest potentials
to promote physical fitness
through various outdoor programs,
to be responsible citizens of the world
by offering opportunity to
develop leadership and to serve
for the community and the world.
